At ITJAIN, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
After Dispatch
Cancellation requests after dispatch may not be accepted.
In such cases, return policies will apply.
- Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Product is defective or damaged on arrival
Wrong product delivered
Conditions for Return
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included
- Non-Returnable Items
Software licenses and digital products
Customized or special-order items
Opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.)
- Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
Refund will be made via original payment method or bank transfer
- Replacement
Replacement will be provided subject to stock availability
If unavailable, refund will be issued
- Manufacturer Warranty
Most products are covered under manufacturer warranty. Customers may be required to contact the brand’s service center directly.
