Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • 💠Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

After Dispatch

  • 💠Cancellation requests after dispatch may not be accepted.
  • 💠In such cases, return policies will apply.
  1. Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • 💠Product is defective or damaged on arrival
  • 💠Wrong product delivered

Conditions for Return

  • 💠Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • 💠Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • 💠All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • 💠Software licenses and digital products
  • 💠Customized or special-order items
  • 💠Opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.)
  1. Refund Process
  • 💠Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
  • 💠Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
  • 💠Refund will be made via original payment method or bank transfer
  1. Replacement
  • 💠Replacement will be provided subject to stock availability
  • 💠If unavailable, refund will be issued
  1. Manufacturer Warranty

Most products are covered under manufacturer warranty. Customers may be required to contact the brand’s service center directly.
